This is a blogging experiment. I'm choosing an anime to blog about that I'm following closely: Mai Otome. Expect commentary for every episode from now on to show up here regularly (what a promise! :-). Also, I'm curious to see whether anyone actually finds this blog. I just wanted to say i found the site and it is very interesting. But i think that arika might be the singer…she was the first one to appear in the episodes singing the song…but even if she isn’t i have a suspicion that she is one of the three…protector,player, or singer…nina and mashiro probably feels in the other two spots. all three of them are the central characters so more then likely this will probably happen! I am so glad that Mikoto is back! she was so adorable in the hime series!

In the episode 21 review I’m just poking fun at Arika—in an early episode, according to Sergey, she signs off key and of course just doesn’t portray the picture of a delicate and fragile singer. Protector sounds like a much better fit. (Sergey’s comment of course may have had another meaning.)
One more thing: In general, it is best to respond to the latest post—other people than me see it and can respond to it.
